About the Humanity in Action Fellowship
The Humanity in Action Fellowship brings together international groups of university students and recent graduates to explore national histories of injustice and resistance. The Fellows first participate in an intensive three-week educational program providing a country and context-specific curriculum that examines historical and contemporary challenges to human rights, pluralism and equality. The Summer Fellowship Program takes place in one of five cities: in Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, or Sarajevo. Each interdisciplinary program features daily lectures and discussions with renowned academics, journalists, politicians, and activists, as well as site visits to government agencies, non-profit and community organizations, museums and memorials.
