Jenna Przybysz

Jenna Przybysz is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Ethnomusicology. In Poland and the Republic of South Africa, she will interrogate how musicians, audiences, and festival organizers understand the terms of their participation in jazz and reggae from differing racialized or unmarked subject positions as well as identify factors that contribute to both successful and failed cross-cultural collaborations.
