Sonya Schoenberger

Sonya Schoenberger is a PhD Candidate in the Department of History. As a Fulbright-Hays DDRA grantee, she will conduct archival research in New Caledonia, Fiji, and French Polynesia. Her dissertation project explores the intersections of decolonization, marine resource extraction, and the international law of the sea.
